Life’s a Beach for Miley Cyrus / Hannah Montana
What fun it must be to be Miley Cyrus, huh loves? First, she gets a wax figure made out of her bad self. Then she gets to spend the day on a beach in Malibu with gobs of peeps falling all over her as she films her new Hannah Montana movie. Sigh. Why didn’t my star rise at 15?
In any case, I am admitting to being completely, utterly, to-the-point-of-no-return in love with this sundress. The color is fabulouso and the print, summer-iffic perfect. Plus, it’s one of those great cuts that effectively hides a bad night at Nachos-R-Us, if you know what I’m sayin’. I’d really love to score this cutie to round out my summer ‘drobe. Like, really.
‘Course I’ve never been a big fan of Hannah’s giant blond ‘do, but whatev. It’s her schtick and she makes a helluva lot more coin than moi, so who am I to judge?
What do you think, dahlings? You love this look on Hannah/Miley or what? Leave me a comment and let me know. It’s Friday, speak up!

The only thing i would disagree with you about regarding this dress is the Scary One: STRAPLESS!
I used to sing and dance in public. I used to wear strapless dresses. I am 99.9% sure these should never happen at the same time.
(But… they have all sorts of glue and other sticky goodness to keep these things on now, so maybe I have no argument a’tall! :-)).
The wig has always been scary, but it really does make Miley looks like a completely different person! Before I saw her TV show (my girls are just now 6, and didn’t go Hannah Montana mad), I had seen pictures, or buzzed by “Leno” - and always wondered “Why in the heck does this Hannah girl have a different hair do every day? Yuck!”.

Amy Lynn, THAT is a good point, dahling. Performing while strapless has got to be one of those job hazards the rest of us schmucks take for granted. Sticky goodness? I’m sure. But…don’t tell me those stagehand pervs don’t sometimes “forget” to buy the good stuff, and “things” happen, wink wink.

Oi, i hope not - she isn’t even old enough to drive yet!
That kid has some magic touch - the dress probably stays up by magic too. Sigh…
